Glomac Berhad celebrated the topping out of 121 Residences, the company's crown jewel development in Petaling Jaya, today.
According to the property developer, the topping-out symbolises the completion of construction work up to level 34 of the structure.
Glomac said that despite many post-pandemic obstacles, such as limited manpower and workforce supply in 2021, development has continued at a steady pace, and the project is on track to be completed by January 2024.
"The completion of the structural framework signifies a major step towards the realisation for Glomac to provide quality and affordable homes for easy access to market centres as 121 Residences is an integrated living space within Klang Valley that is suitable for young families and discerning urbanites," it said in a statement.
121 Residences is made up of two residential towers that offer serviced apartments and SOHO units starting at RM325,000.
According to Glomac, more than 95 per cent of the units have been sold to date.
The project is in a good location with easy access to the LDP, NKVE, and SPRINT highways.
