KUALA LUMPUR: Though his men outplayed Police 3-0 in the first leg, KL City coach Bojan Hodak has told them not to make life hard for themselves in the second leg of the Malaysia Cup Round of 16 on Tuesday at KLFA Stadium.
Hodak said his team should not complicate things as they look forward to a result that will put the defending champions in the quarter-finals.
In the first round on Thursday, the City Boys downed Police with Romel Morales bagging a brace that sandwiched skipper Paulo Josue's strike at the KLFA Stadium.
Though KL won by three goals, Hodak has demanded improvement from his players, especially in the opponents' final third.
"The 3-0 win is a good result but I'm still not satisfied with the team's performance.
"Our defence did well but the attackers need to be more composed and not complicate things in the upcoming matches," said the Croatian coach.
