BATU KAWAN: Eco World Development Group Berhad launched its new show village at Eco Horizon at Bandar Cassia here featuring six show units displaying variations of two-storey homes with the Colonial Portico concept.
Its maiden launch called Ashton comprises 704 residential units with built-up area of between 2,290 square-feet and 2,601 square-feet. The price starts from RM848,000.
The residential area is set to be the first gated and guarded landed residential development for the company in Batu Kawan corridor which will also include its signature master roundabout when entering the development before passing through a grand entrance way.
The most anticipated feature of the Eco Horizon will be its twin Flamingo Lakes, a 5.5 hectares flamingo shaped water body and landscaped park located at the centre of the township.
Another unique feature is the centralised clubhouse that will be built on a 1.2 hectare land with various amenities such as an Olympic sized swimming pool, community hall, lounge and even a dedicated BBQ area.
