KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, through its subsidiary Matrix Concepts (Cheras) Sdn Bhd, has partnered with WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd to launch smart living solutions at a residential development, Levia Residence.
Levia Residences is an exclusive low-density condominium located in Cheras with a gross development value (GDV) of RM522 million.
Matrix Concepts, in a statement, said that the strategic collaboration was formalised through a memorandum of agreement (MoA) signed by them on Tuesday.
The partnership introduced the first-ever 4-star Smart Concierge Services Kiosk integrated with the Horosys mobile app.

The smart concierge service includes essential offerings such as unit maintenance service, premium shuttle service, dry cleaning service, and visitor management service, aiming to provide residents with unparalleled convenience, streamlining their daily routines.
