KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned Crest Builder Sdn Bhd has secured a contract worth RM328.80 million from property developer Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd.
In a statement today, Crest Builder said the contract entails the construction of a 40-storey residential building at Desa Parkcity here.
The project consists of two blocks of residential apartments with a total of 920 units, together with one block of car park of eight-storey with facilities.
Construction works will take about 33 months from its scheduled commencement on February 9, 2018, while the completion is expected by November 8, 2020.
Crest Builder group managing director Eric Yong said the company was delighted to have secured another project for 2018 in such a quick succession.
“Hence, our total contract wins for 2018 reaching RM478.3 million with the total outstanding orderbook about RM1.2 billion,” he said.
Yong added that the group’s current outstanding orderbook amounted to RM1.2 billion, which will last until 2021.
