KUALA LUMPUR: Destini Bhd has clarified that the two-year umbrella contract to undertake well abandonment integrated services secured by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Destini Oil Services Sdn Bhd, from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd is valued at US$5 million or RM20.2 million.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said this was pursuant to the announcement made to the bourse.
The contract, which has an option for a one-year extension, was announced on April 12, 2018.
