The resort-themed condominium sits on a 6.5 acre-land, offering 650 residential units with a starting price of RM450,000 from 1000 sq ft onwards.
The project has a gross development value of RM270 million.
PRG managing director for property and construction Dato’ Alex Wee Cheng Kwan said building affordable housing with quality finishing is the direction for PRG going forward.

The project is also PRG’s first venture into the affordable property segment which is catered for the mass market.
The Group had looked into the needs of consumers that demand homes with affordable pricing but also come with good quality and design.
The location is also strategic and known to be an emerging neighbourhood beside the Kota Damansara and Ara Damansara townships.
In terms of accessibility and facilities, the area is connected to major highways such as the Damansara – Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and the Federal Highway.
Besides being near to Kota Damansara and Ara Damansara, Embayu is also close to Shah Alam, DASH’s Subang 2 interchange, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport at Subang, and it is surrounded by mature amenities such as Help University, Giant Hypermarket, Star Aveue Mall, Segi University Colleges and Thomson Medical Centre.
