KUALA LUMPUR: Top Glove Corporation Bhd was named one of HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020 (Malaysia), marking the fifth consecutive year the company has won this award.
As the world's largest manufacturer of gloves that serves 2,000 customers in 195 countries, Top Glove pride its 21,000 strong workforce across about 50 factories and offices.
Managing director Datuk Lee Kim Meow said the company is honoured to be winning this award for the fifth consecutive year.
"It is a validation of our efforts in the area of human capital, and an affirmation of our position as an employer of choice to our 21,000 strong workforce," he said.
Lee said Top Glove believe that a diverse team who are continuously upskilled, appreciated, and
rewarded based on meritocracy will support the continuous growth of the company.

Top Glove is always on the lookout for young talents and experienced professionals to further support its strategic expansion plans, which will see its production capacity increase by over 25 per cent
in 2021, to cater to the increase in global glove demand.
Towards this, the company has embarked on a yearlong recruitment campaign to fill some 9,000 positions across all levels in both its offices and factories within various states in Malaysia.
To support its efforts, the company is holding a series of virtual career fairs every third Saturday of the month.
