RHB Bank enhances digital RHB Rewards programme

KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Bank Bhd has enhanced the bank's digital RHB Rewards programme feature, which is available on its RHB Internet Banking and RHB Mobile Banking App.

The bank said this updated version of the digital customer loyalty programme enables customers to seamlessly consolidate loyalty points via a centralised platform whenever they save, spend, transact, or invest with RHB.

The enhanced digital RHB Rewards programme centralises rewards and loyalty point redemption by offering greater value.

This comes with the consolidation of various financial products and services across the RHB group, further enhancing the overall customer experience.

RHB Banking Group managing director and group community banking Jeffrey Ng said the bank's enhanced digital RHB Rewards programme makes it easier for its customers to accumulate and redeem their loyalty points.

To make it even easier for them, Ng said customers could manage and keep track of their rewards by simply accessing the new digital rewards dashboard on RHB Internet Banking or the RHB Mobile Banking App.

"In addition to the benefits of the ongoing loyalty programme, both new and existing customers can enjoy exciting offers and stand a chance to win up to 10 million Loyalty Points until June 30, 2022.

"This is on top of our RHB Day flash deals every 26th of the month, where customers are rewarded even more with up to 30,000 loyalty points from a variety of transactions with the bank.

"We will also be revealing new flash deals soon through our Facebook page and corporate website," he said.

Loyalty points may now be earned through various customer transactions, including everyday credit and debit card purchases, deposit accounts, Joy@Work salary account or fixed deposit account openings, investment transactions, life insurance, and mortgage hire purchase loans.

RHB Rewards provides customers with access to an extensive range of 8,000 gifts and redemption vouchers, including air miles points, gadgets, home appliances, watches, jewellery, and many more.
