KUALA LUMPUR: Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNP) has its sights set on propelling Perak's socio-economic agenda to new heights with its flagship programmes worth RM500 million.
PKNPk's flagship programmes for Perak Sejahtera entail property development, green technology, hospitality & tourism, minerals, digital economy, ports and logistics.
In line with Perak Sejahtera 2030 blueprint, PKNP is driving transformative initiatives via strategic property developments as a catalyst for economic impact and job creation.
"This is reflected in the development of technology parks in Perak, to capture the increasing demand for digital-led and sustainable solutions for business opportunities, PKNP said in a statement today.
Currently spearheaded by Silver Valley Technology Park (SVTP), PKNP aims to create a holistic ecosystem to infrastructure, digital connectivity, telecommunications, green solutions, housing, and industrial property developments as well as port and logistics.
Given its strategic location and rich natural resources, PKNP is focused on creating an investment destination for resource-seeking investors via the state's midstream and downstream mineral activities.
