KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd's subsidiary company, Kitacon Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded a RM62.3 million job by KL-Kepong Country Homes Sdn Bhd to build 128 two-storey cluster houses in Kuala Selangor.
The contract shall commence on August 4, 2023 and is to be completed within 18 months from the start date.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of Kumpulan Kitacon for the financial years ending December 31, 2023 onwards until the expiry of the Contract.
The company's share price was down 1.49 per cent to 66 sen a share today.
