KUALA LUMPUR: Avaland Bhd anticipates a robust year of growth in the company's bottom line for 2024, according to its chief executive officer of Avaland, Apollo Bello Tanco (Pol).
"We believe 2024 will be a very exciting year for Avaland, as we are aiming to achieve RM700 million to RM800 million worth of sales," he said.
Pol said that sales will be supported by the company's ongoing projects and upcoming launches such as Aetas Seputeh, Amika Residences, and Anja Bangi, which have a combined gross development value of RM1.3 billion.
The company's "Rev Up" campaign, launched recently in connection with World Sustainability Day, generated about RM200 million in bookings over the course of three months beginning in October 2023.
The campaign also promoted eco-friendly practices by providing environmentally conscious electric vehicles (EVs) to lucky homeowners, which underscored the company's steadfast dedication to sustainability.
In addition to encouraging environmentally friendly living, the campaign made homeownership more accessible by providing free stamp duty on housing loans, free stamp duty on sales and purchase agreements, and a complimentary Memorandum of Transfer for certain of its projects.
At the same time, the developer encouraged community members to consider house ownership by offering supplementary perks to clients, such as further rebates on its inventory of properties on top of already-existing packages.
Pol thanked all of the homeowners for their support, which led to nearly 300 conversions.
He credited the campaign's success to homeowners' steadfast support of the business's goods, which satisfy consumer needs.
