KUALA LUMPUR: Computer Forms (Malaysia) Bhd's (CFM) shareholders voted out executive director and key senior management Pang Nan Yew at its 61st annual general meeting (AGM).
Shareholders with slightly more than 70 per cent of the company's shares voted against the re-election of Pang.
Pang was appointed to the board of the company on May 13, 2022 as an executive director.
The appointment of Hoo Swee Guan and Datuk Rahim Suboh however went through with 99 per cent voting for their reappointments.
All other resolutions including one to approve the payment of additional directors' fees and/or benefits of up to RM50,000 for the period from Oct 1, 2022 until the 61st AGM of the company were passed.
The company's share price fell almost 7 per cent to the day's low of 14 sen after the company's AGM this morning.
It was one of the most actively traded stocks with 48 million shares changing hands.
