KUALA LUMPUR: TEQ Armada Sdn Bhd, a new company in defence communication and solutions, has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Elno SAS, a French leader in military intercom system, to drive localisation and growth.
TEQ Armada said the alliance marks a significant milestone in both parties' journeys towards fostering innovation and achieving sustainable growth.
The MoU formalises the commitment between TEQ Armada and Elno SAS to collaborate on various initiatives aimed at leveraging their respective strengths and resources for the local market.
Both parties also seek to capitalise on emerging opportunities and address evolving market demands more effectively.
TEQ Armada said the collaboration will focus on several key areas, including local maintenance support, local production of ELIPS Intercom systems, product rebranding, and new product knowledge sharing.
"We are thrilled to embark on this journey of collaboration with Elno SAS. We have embarked a localisation programme for the headset ETT125 which is now locally-produced by TEQ.
"Further to this new MoU, it will broaden our capability in product industrialisation and after sales support. The benefit will be the end-users and enhance local self-reliance," the company said in a statement.
Elno said the company sees tremendous potential in partnering with TEQ Armada to drive innovation and create value for its customers.
"Together, we can leverage our combined strengths to deliver transformative solutions that make a positive impact on the industries we serve," it noted.
