Vii Nutrition acquires DNA Hub

KUALA LUMPUR: Vii Nutrition Sdn Bhd has acquired DNA Therapy Sdn Bhd (DNA Hub) after successfully finalising a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the strategic acquisition today.

The acquisition marks the beginning of a new era of collaboration in the global direct selling market under the Vii Nutrition brand.

Sky Loi, director of international business relations at Vii Nutrition, said that this strategic acquisition is a significant achievement in the company's effort to expand into the global market.

"We believe that through close cooperation with DNA Hub, both parties will achieve greater success in market strategies, marketing, and business development. This further strengthens our position as a leading company in the direct selling market.

"We are currently in Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Singapore and will move forward to penetrate markets across Asia," he said at the MoU signing ceremony in Bukit Jalil.

Also present were DNA Hub president Datuk Seri Dr. Sam Heng, along with senior management and partners from both companies.

Heng said that through this strategic acquisition, both companies will share resources and strengths, together driving business growth and achieving common goals.

"We are optimistic that this acquisition will achieve sales targets of RM100 billion over 10 years for our global markets.

"We will also focus on the Vii Academy, where we aim to have about 1,000 people join by the end of this year to gain knowledge in marketing, sales, business management, and others," he said.

Heng added that the signing not only demonstrates strong confidence from both companies in their future cooperation but also injects new spirit into innovation and development in the direct sales industry.

In the future, both parties will continue to adhere to principles of innovation, cooperation, and mutual benefit, providing consumers with more high-quality health products and services, thereby driving continuous innovation and growth in the direct selling industry.
