cacaFly teams up with Infobip, Taiwan's TenMax to 'revolutionise traditional marketing'

KUALA LUMPUR: Digital marketing agency cacaFly Malaysia has teamed up with global cloud communications leader Infobip and Taiwan's advertising innovator TenMax to launch three solutions aimed at revolutionising traditional marketing models.

They were unveiled at the "Empower Business with AI-Driven Customer Experience and Integrated Data Solutions" seminar recently.

The event drew over 30 companies from the healthcare and beauty care sectors, focusing on digital transformation and the challenges businesses face today.

Mabel Loh, cacaFly general manager, presented a three-step strategy centred around WhatsApp.

They are attracting potential customers to the app, engaging them with personalised messages and using data for audience segmentation and targeted marketing.

She highlighted that the method helps businesses reconnect with customers and optimise their marketing efforts.

"Marketing technology (Martech) represents the future of digital marketing in the digital age. In industries like healthcare and beauty care, with longer customer lifecycles compared to fast-moving consumer goods, personalised marketing through Martech is particularly suitable."

However, Loh said beyond possessing advanced technological tools, businesses also need to flexibly apply these technologies to stand out in competitive landscapes.

Once customers are engaged on WhatsApp, personalised messages and exclusive offers help to foster customer loyalty.

Additionally, customer behaviour data collected through WhatsApp allows marketers to implement effective remarketing strategies.

Meanwhile, TenMax director of sales and partnerships Jay Zhau said the importance of utilising first-party data and integrating various datasets to create a comprehensive customer view.

He suggested using Google Analytics 4 alongside other data sources such as CRM and store data to implement effective segmentation strategies, enabling marketers to deliver personalised approaches and gain a competitive advantage
