KUALA LUMPUR: Awanbiru Technology Bhd's (Awantec) subsidiary Awantec Systems Sdn Bhd has signed a service agreement with Sabah Net Sdn Bhd for the subscription of Google Workspace enterprise starter licences worth RM9.9 million.
Under the agreement, Awantec Systems will provide Google licences to Sabah Net for a five-year period from August 1 this year to July 31, 2029.
According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Awantec said Sabah Net will buy a minimum of 10,384 Google licences each year at the start of the year.
Awantec shares closed 3.7 per cent or one and a half sen lower to 39 sen from its previous closing of 40.5 sen.
The company's market capitalisation stood at RM308 million.
