Aluminium extruder PA Resources was among the most active today after it said the US has decided to zero-rate tariff on its products, deeming it competitively priced.
Some 19.5 million shares changed hands in the first 40 minutes of trade, pushing its stock up by three per cent.
Meanwhile, the 30-stock index wiped out gains from yesterday, losing 12 points as escalating tensions in the Middle East spooked investors.
The index will likely move within the 1,640 to 1,660 points range today.
Cryptocurrencies were showing signs of a rebound, with Bitcoin up to RM256,000 and Ethereum rising to around RM10,313.
Meanwhile, Solana was trading at about RM607.
