KUALA LUMPUR: Aizo Group Bhd's subsidiary, Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd has received a contract from China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd for external infrastructure work in Pantai Dalam here.
The award appointed Minetech Construction as the sub-contractor to undertake external infrastructure works for the phased development project at Jalan Pantai Dalam for RM24.1 million.
The project comprises three high-rise residential towers and supporting infrastructure.
The development includes a 37-storey tower with 440 residential units, another block is a 38-storey tower with 452 units and the other is a 37-storey tower with 440 units.
The project will also feature a nine-floor podium for car parking, complete with resident facilities, a swimming pool and a rooftop mechanical area.
The project began on Oct 21, 2024 and is expected to be completed by July 20, 2026.
"This collaboration with China State Construction Engineering (CSCE) marks a milestone for Aizo as we expand our footprint in high-value infrastructure projects.

CSCE Malaysia is a subsidiary of CSCE, a leader in large-scale infrastructure and construction, with a presence in over 100 countries.
As at November 13, Aizo's total orderbook stood at RM224.1 million.
