Bitcoin breached the US$94,000 mark for the first time, on reports that a company linked to newly elected US President Donald Trump is looking to buy crypto trading firm Bakkt.
On Luno, Bitcoin was trading at RM409,641.
Ethereum saw a slight dip to RM13,808, while Solana was up at RM1,046.
In the stock market, the 30-stock key index was down as jitters hit on an escalation in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
The broader market was also lower with losers leading gainers.
The FBM KLCI will likely trend within the 1,600 to 1,610 points range today.
