KUALA LUMPUR: News on stock, crypto and ringgit moves.

Kuala Lumpur Kepong was the top loser following a 94 per cent slump in its fourth quarter net profit.

The stock shed RM1.12 to close at RM20.50.

The 30-stock index closed in positive territory driven by buying in utilities and property stocks.

The FBM KLCI added 0.07 per cent to 1,604.25.

It is likely to trend within the 1,585 and 1,615 range for the week.

The ringgit strengthened against the dollar at 4.4380.

In the crypto market, Bitcoin traded lower at RM413,737.

Ethereum rose to RM15,154 and Solana was flat at RM1,034.
