KUALA LUMPUR: Edotco, the national tower infrastructure company, has formed a strategic partnership with four Malaysian organisations to bring advanced connectivity capabilities across the region.
Its partnerships involve integrating technologies like fiber optics, AI, 5G, autonomous vehicles, and IoT.
In a statement, Edotco said these strategic partnerships involved SEAX Malaysia Sdn Bhd (SEAX), SmartSel Sdn Bhd (SmartSel), MInD Mechatronic Intelligent Design Sdn Bhd and eMooVit Technology Sdn Bhd (eMooVit) are not only set to deliver significant improvements for businesses but also revolutionize various industries.
"Through the integration of modern telecommunications technologies such as fiber, artificial intelligence (AI), and 5G, Edotco is poised to elevate Malaysia's digital landscape, showcasing the transformative power of these advancements," it said.
Its chief executive officer Adlan Tajudin said the group is reaffirming its commitment to continuously improve and add value to the local digital ecosystem.
While working towards achieving the government's goals of 100 per cent CoPA is still a part of its mission, Adlan said Edotco's current digital ecosystem has changed now with the introduction of AI and 5G.
"These partnerships are in line with our missions to not just connect the unconnected and underconnected, but to redefine connectivity and infrastructure within the country."
"These advancements being implemented are amongst the first few steps we are seeing in companies investing into their own connectivity, and we expect to see these significant advancements bring marked improvements to our partners' customers," said Adlan.Ends
