BANGKOK: Thailand is planning to introduce a carbon tax that will be designed to minimise the impact on consumers, Deputy Finance Minister Paopoom Rojanasakul said on Thursday.
A carbon tax is being developed and will be calculated on the amount of carbon in products, he said, without giving a time frame.
