FORMERLY known as Alam Sari, Setia Alamsari was owned by I & P Group before S P Setia took over the entire township in 2018.
Setia Alamsari is a 775-acre freehold township that caters to various needs, like first-time homebuyers, buyers who are looking to upgrade their homes, and those with families.

In April, S P Setia held its first preview of the year by showcasing their double-storey linked semi-detached homes called Caressa, the first phase of the CASA collection.
Caressa boasts a land size of 32' x 65' with a built-up area ranging from 1,965sf to 2,022sf.
It also has a total of four bedrooms and all bedrooms on the first floor come with an ensuite bath, providing privacy for every family member at home.
The exclusive preview was well-received by the public, showing that there is still high demand for landed properties in the market.
Caressa features a 10-foot surplus of land for the use of the whole family.
MEETING CURRENT DEMANDS
To date, the overall development of Setia Alamsari has reached 35 per cent, with many more developments to be provided for the use of Setia Alamsari residents in the future.
Such developments include terrace homes, linked semi-detached homes, semi-detached homes, bungalows and commercial hubs to meet the demands of the current market.
Soon, S P Setia will launch affordable 20'x65' terrace homes, seeing as they are high in demand among the communities in Kajang, Bangi and Semenyih.
This year, they will also unveil the first phase of commercial shop lots as part of their plan to further expand the entire township.
This development primarily focuses on market groups like first-time homebuyers, young adults, upgraders and small families as these demographics still prefer to own affordable landed properties at decent locations.
With projects like these, S P Setia believes that more buyers will choose to live in Setia Alamsari, given the strategic location and accessibility around the Kajang, Bangi and Semenyih area.
