LOCAL Moto Guzzi distributor, Didi Resources, introduced three new models recently, the V7 III Stone, V7 III Racer and V9 Roamer.
Unveiled at Gasket Alley in Petaling Jaya, where a new Moto Guzzi 3S Centre will be launched in August, prices for the Italian bikes start at RM66,900 (with GST without registration, road and insurance).
A Moto Guzzi Media and Customer Day was also organised in conjunction with the launching held last Saturday.
Organised by both Piaggio Asia Pacific and Didi Resources Sdn Bhd, the media were briefed on the new model line up for 2017.
A separate session was also held for current Moto Guzzi customers later in the evening.
“Our commitment to Moto Guzzi is long term, with several investments put in place, one being the 3S centre that will be officially launched in August in Gasket Alley, providing a lifestyle platform that is a true reflection of the brand. Owners can now have a home where they can gather for service, merchandise, accessories and food,” said Rewi Hamid Bugo, chairman of Didi Resources.
Moto Guzzi is owned by the Piaggio Group, the largest European manufacturer of two-wheeled motor vehicles.
The V7 III Stone is the base model in the line-up. Further up the range is the V7 Racer and the V9 Roamer.
A V9 Bobber, is also scheduled to be released, along with other V7 III variants such as the Special and Anniversario.
