KUALA LUMPUR: The public can now browse and purchase their Hyundai car through the company's newly launched online shopping platform Cl!ck To Buy.
"We want to help break the chain of transmission during this pandemic and encourage our customers to stay at home, and so we are bringing our showroom to our customers, with an offer of a unique online shopping experience. Our online shopping platform has all the information on all our models one needs, to make an informed choice for purchase," said Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) managing director Low Yuan Lung.
"We have multiple interactive platforms should a customer need to reach out to get more information. Our sales personnel are just a phone call away. Alternatively, customers can also leave their information by filling up the contact form; talk to us via our live chat feature or call the customer service hotline."
One of the biggest benefits of the website at www.hyundai.com.my/clicktobuy/ is the lower vehicle booking fee at RM300 as compared to RM500 at the showroom.
Additionally, HSDM has just launched its mid-year service campaign for all customers with additional discounts offered to Hyundai Loyalty Card (HLC) holders.
Starting June until July 31, customers who send in their vehicles to any Hyundai authorised service centre will enjoy discounts of 15 per cent on selected parts and 10 per cent on labour charges. HLC holders who do the same however, will enjoy greater discounts of 25 per cent on selected parts and 15 per cent on labour charges.
Selected parts entitled for discounts include gaskets, oil filters, air filters, spark plugs and more.
Low said Hyundai service campaigns are held two to three times a year to encourage customers to adopt a periodic and extensive maintenance culture for their vehicles.
"We are offering more value to our customers this year with the launch of the HLC which entitles customers to even greater discounts. The loyalty card is offered complimentary to existing customers and with the purchase of every new Hyundai vehicle. It is also offered complimentary to anyone who owns a Hyundai car. All who are interested can apply for the Loyalty Card from any authorised Hyundai service centre nationwide," added Low.
The HLC is an exclusive privilege that comes automatically with the ownership of any Hyundai model.
Membership privileges include exclusive monthly promotions, such as a 20 per cent discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products for April to May.
Hyundai says customers can expect more privileges in the future, such as birthday month discounts on after sales service, discounts on Hyundai merchandise and a higher trade-in value when they purchase another new Hyundai vehicle.
Existing customers can register for their complimentary HLC at any authorised Hyundai Service Centre nationwide and check for promotional updates via the company's official website.
