POPULAR Indonesian singer Marcell is stoked to find out that the most expensive tickets for his upcoming solo concert on our shores have all been snapped up. There were only 25 tickets available for the exclusive Intimate category, priced at RM2,099 a pop!
Sharing this information with the press recently, the 39-year-old crooner also said that in total, 60 per cent of the concert tickets have been sold.
The solo concert, his first in Malaysia, will be held at the Plenary Hall in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on Sept 23.
“I’m so excited! To be honest, initially I was a little nervous about ticket sales. I could not gauge the response from Malaysian fans to this concert.
“Thankfully, the support has been very overwhelming, and I can’t wait to perform for my fans here,” he added.
Marcell, whose full name is Marcellius Kirana Harmonangan Siahaan, said that fans would be in for a few surprises throughout his “Once In A Lifetime” concert.
The Hanya Memuji hitmaker revealed that singer Noh Salleh, who is also the frontman for alternative rock band Hujan, will be one of his guest performers.
The ticket categories available are Platinum (RM1,499), Diamond (RM549), Gold (RM359), Silver (RM249), Bronze (RM149), and Regular (RM99).
