KUALA LUMPUR: They were once co-stars in the action film XXX: Return Of Xander Cage, released last January.
Now the Canadian-Chinese singer, actor and model Kris Wu and Hollywood action star Vin Diesel are reported to be making music together.
Yesterday, the Fast And Furious actor shared a photo on his Instagram of him and Wu with the caption: "Studio vibes... Made a track with my lil bro Kris. All love."
And Wu, who had opted out from the globally-renowned K-Pop group EXO in 2014 for a solo career, commented: "was a magical night".
However, no news yet about what sort of genre their music collaboration will be.
The two artistes first bonded while filming XXX: Return Of Xander Cage early last year, making it known via several Instagram posts.
Diesel, 50, had even appeared in Wu's music video for Juice, a track the latter wrote for the film.
However, this isn't Diesel's first foray into music. He made his official singing debut last February with a remix of Selena Gomez's track It Ain’t Me.
Wu, 26, on the other hand, recently released his single Deserve, featuring American rapper Travis Scott.
After leaving EXO, Wu, a model for Burberry Menswear, established an acting career in China as well as Hollywood.
His works include the Chinese blockbuster movies Mr Six (2015) and Journey To The West: The Demons Strike Back (2017), and Luc Besson's sci-fi action flick Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets (2017).
Up next for Diesel is The Avengers: Infinity War (2018), in which he will lend his voice for his Guardians Of The Galaxy character Groot.
