KUALA LUMPUR: Popular actor Remy Ishak shocked fans and followers recently by going dark on social media.
The 37-year-old Pulang star, who has over 1.5 million followers on Instagram had surprisingly deleted all of his posts.
According to a news report, the perplexing move by Remy has unnerved fans, who responded by creating the Twitter hashtag, #allthebestRI.
In an outpouring of support for the actor, his followers wished him well online.
One wrote: "Whatever has happened, whatever the case, it certainly wasn't worth arguing about. Just keep and stay strong. We are here for you."
“Just come back stronger. We all miss you. And definitely will support you even stronger than previous years. Take care Abang Remy."
Fans of the Ombak Rindu TV series actor also noticed that he had unfollowed the IG account of popular actress Mira Filzah.
The 26-year-old artiste has co-starred with Remy in previous productions such as Sangkar, Rise: Ini Kalilah, Pujaan Hati Kanda and Lelaki Kiriman Tuhan.
The two were also rumoured to be an item after they appeared in matching outfits when attending the Malaysian Film Festival last year.
Both celebrities have denied that they were in a relationship and that the seemingly coordinated attire was just a coincidence.
Another fan wrote: "Remy Ishak has decided to delete all of his Instagram pictures and unfollow Mira Filzah. Whatever happens, I am always by your side."
It was reported that Mira is still following Remy's IG account.
