KUALA LUMPUR: Admired and known for her penchant for lavish lifestyle and extravagant fashion, famed socialite Ezurin Khyra is the latest celebrity to be featured in reality show The House.
Viewers will get to know her better and witness her close relationship with her five children (fours sons and a daughter) — Tunku Amaan Khyra, Tunku Nadya Khyra, Tunku Omaan Khyra, Tunku Imaan Khyra and Tunku Rmaan Khyra.
Also making an appearance is Ezurin's good friend, Magie Abang Saufi.
For the uninitiated, former model Ezurin was married to MAA Group executive chairman Tunku Datuk Yaacob, the son of the late Tunku Tan Sri Abdullah, the Negri Sembilan royal family member who set up the Melewar Group in 1963.
Their marriage, however, ended about two years ago.
Astro Studio's head of content Syazwan Zakariah said that this season's content was relevant to today's TV demand.
"In previous seasons, we featured popular personalities with a huge following on social media. We believe Ezurin has all the right ingredients to capture the viewers," he said in a news report yesterday.
The 10-episode programme will premier on Oct 21 at 9pm on Astro Ria (channel 124).
