KUALA LUMPUR: Thanks to her song Sepi which she also recorded in Korean, singer Aina Abdul has been invited to appear in an interview slot during the Simply K-Pop CON-TOUR concert, set to air on South Korea's Arirang TV today.
Expressing her excitement for the opportunity to appear on a foreign TV programme for the first time, the 27-year-old artiste that had been given a set of questions for her to prepare the answers in advance, so that the programming would go smoothly.
"Although the slot is not it a long one, I hope to make full use of the airtime I get to promote Sepi," she said in a news report today.
After two months of its release on YouTube, the music video of the Korean version of the song had been viewed close to 700,000.
The concert, which will air between 6 to 8pm (Malaysian time) can be viewed on YouTube, Naver and Arirang TV's Facebook account.
Aina added that the organisers were also interested to feature more Malaysian artistes in the future.
