KUALA LUMPUR: Singer Datuk Wan Aishah Wan Ariffin recently expressed her disappointment with a local fashion label for not delivering the promised outfits for her performance recently.
Taking to Instagram, the Pulanglah hitmaker said while the issue might seem petty, the experience left her reeling in anger, which in return, affected her performance.
She suffered breathlessness due to panic attack as a result of the entire hoopla.
"What a challenging day it has been. In all of my 36 years as a performer, today I learnt that it is never a good idea to go onstage in anger.
"But, I totally lost it just because of one thing… my (promised) clothes (for the performance). Seems petty, but it really stressed me out," she wrote in two Instagram posts.
Aishah, 57, said that it was totally unacceptable especially when the people from the fashion label were the ones who had approached to dress her up for the show.
"They should have informed me that they weren't able to deliver on time, so that I can find other alternative outfits for that performance," she said.
She added that anyone could have a lot on their plate, but if one was capable to manage one's time well, this situation would never have happened.
