KUALA LUMPUR: Suga of international K-Pop sensation BTS has been achieving plenty of success with his first official solo album, D-Day.

Soompi reported that the 30-year-old rapper, songwriter and music producer has become the first K-Pop act in Billboard history to reach No.1 on the influential American publication's Top Rap Albums chart.

Suga's album also topped Billboard's World Albums chart, Top Album Sales chart and Top Current Album Sales chart this week.

The talented idol's single from D-Day, Haegeum, was also No.1 on three charts, namely Billboard's Digital Song Sales chart, World Digital Song Sales chart and Rap Digital Song Sales chart.
