KUALA LUMPUR: In less than 24 hours, tickets for Indonesian singer Judika's upcoming concert in October were almost sold out, leaving only VIP box tickets.
Dubbed Rockmantic Night Judika & The Gang, the concert is scheduled to take place at Bukit Jalil's Axiata Arena on Oct 21.
The 44-year-old artiste whose full name is Judika Nalon Abadi Sihotang, will also be accompanied by three Malaysian counterparts at the concert – Shila Amzah, Marsha Milan Londoh and Haqiem Rusli.
"I chose to stage a concert here because many fans have been asking me on social media when will I be coming to perform here again. It's been been quite some time since my last concert here," said Judika at a press conference yesterday to announce on the upcoming performance.
Earlier, the singer arrived at the venue on a big bike, complete with a convoy from Bukit Jalil, before he launched the billboard ad campaign for the concert.
Tickets to the concert were also only made available for sale yesterday morning, but most had been snapped up by fans even before the press conference started later in the afternoon.
