#SHOWBIZ: No takers, so bank lowers auction price for Sajat's bungalow to RM4.21 million [WATCH]

KUALA LUMPUR: The auction price of the luxury residence belonging to entrepreneur Muhammad Sajjat Kamaruz Zaman, or better known as Nur Sajat, has been further reduced by the bank to RM4.21 million.

According to a recent post by a real-estate agent, the reduction was due to the lack of bidders at the previous auction in May, where the asking price was RM4.68 million.

"The auction started at RM4.68 million, but there were no bidders. Now, the bank has lowered the price to RM4.21 million.

"Previously, after relocating to Australia, Nur Sajat wanted to sell this house for RM9 million," the post said.

The agent said the two-storey bungalow in Section 10, Petaling Jaya, had six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with a total size of 11,093 square feet.

The next auction is scheduled for Sept 2.

Earlier, the media reported that Nur Sajat had confirmed the auction through a video posted on TikTok.

She said the move was made after she decided to stay in Australia. She added that all her assets, including her car and business in Malaysia, had already been disposed of.
