HONOR has unveiled the all-new HONOR 200 Lite featuring significant upgrades in storage and durability.
This new model aims to build on the success of the HONOR 90 Lite by offering double the storage and enhanced drop resistance.
Last year, the HONOR 90 Lite emerged as a standout product under the government's Package 5G Rahmah, gaining widespread recognition among Malaysian consumers.
It then became the fastest selling 5G model in the country, maintaining its position for nine consecutive months, according to GFK data from September 2023 to May 2024.
UPGRADED FEATURES
The HONOR 200 Lite distinguishes itself with an extensive storage capacity of 512GB, which is uncommon for smartphones in its class.
This upgrade is a significant leap from the 256GB storage available in its predecessor and competing models.
Additionally, the device boasts ultra-tough reinforced glass, an I-shape structure in the corners and high-elastic materials to absorb impact, allowing it to withstand drops from up to 1.65 metres.
It has earned the SGS 5-star Drop Resistance certification and comes with a 365-day front and back crack replacement warranty.
ADVANCED SPECIFICATIONS
The HONOR 200 Lite is equipped with a 108MP triple camera system, including a 50MP selfie camera with AI wide-angle capabilities.
The display features 3,240Hz risk-free PWM dimming, TÜV Rheinland Flicker-free certification and an AI Circadian Night Display that adjusts to warmer colours based on the user's sleep cycle.
It also supports dynamic dimming and offers a 120Hz screen refresh rate for a smoother viewing experience.
The device's Magic AI Experience includes features such as Magic Portal, AI Blur Private Info, Magic Capsule and Parallel Space.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor, it supports 5G connectivity and the MediaTek HyperEngine 3.0 Lite Gaming Engine, ensuring robust performance.
The HONOR 200 Lite also comes with a 4,500mAh battery and 35W wired supercharge capability, complemented by 16GB of RAM (including 8GB RAM Turbo) and 512GB of storage.
PACKAGE RAHMAH SAVINGS
To provide value to consumers, HONOR has extended its collaboration with local telcos under the Package Rahmah promotion.
By signing up for a 24-month postpaid plan, consumers can receive the HONOR 200 Lite for free, with plans starting as low as RM58 per month.
The CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 plan offers 90GB of 5G data plus an extra 60GB for 12 months, resulting in total savings of RM1,100.
The Maxis Postpaid 139 plan provides 120GB of 4G/5G data plus an additional 360GB of 5G data, amounting to RM1,299 in savings.
U Mobile's U Postpaid 98 plan, with 1,000GB of 5G data, also offers RM1,299 in savings.
