GEROGETOWN: Dell Malaysia has pledged to continue supporting local talent to expand their knowledge by upgrading their paper qualifications.
Its managing director T.L. Goh said the multinational corporation has tied up with local and international universities to enable their employees to complete their Master of Business Administration and attend diploma courses.
“We want our full-time employees to further their studies under the Dell Malaysia University (DMU) initiative.
“We are committed to invest in human capital development to ensure a continuous growth in our staff’s competencies and skills,” he said after attending the second edition of DMU’s graduation ceremony at G Hotel here recently.
During the ceremony, out of 140 graduates, 11 employees received their Master of Business Administration, 16 employees graduated with a Society of Business Practitioners diploma and 113 employees received their Executive Diploma in Corporate Leadership.
