KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) and Nusajaya Tech Park Sdn Bhd (NTPSB) have signed three separate agreements towards developing a flagship technology park in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor.
In a joint statement here today, the two companies said the collaboration would cover a broad scope, including connectivity, data centre and cloud services, as well as, smart services which would be readily available to all locators and business owners in the park.
The statement said the integrated, eco-friendly tech park, known as Nusajaya Tech Park, would be jointly developed by Asia’s leading provider of business space solutions Ascendas and UEM Land Bhd.
“The park would be built in phases over nine years, the first batch of its ready-built facilities is slated for completion by year-end.
“When fully-developed, the park is expected to house and support some 200 local and international enterprises,” it said. -- BERNAMA
