EcoWorld's Firsts: Developer launches Eco Bloom in Penang

GEORGE TOWN: Eco World Development Group Berhad (EcoWorld) is set to launch 4 new projects concurrently nationwide this Sunday under its 'EcoWorld’s Firsts' campaign.

The projects are Eco Bloom in Penang, Eco Ardence and Eco Grandeur in the Klang Valley and Eco Business Park II in Iskandar Malaysia in Johor.

Eco Bloom is part of the 23.8 hectare Eco Meadows project in Simpang Ampat on mainland Penang.

"The launch of Phase 1 of Eco Meadows consists of 375 units of double storey terrace homes dotted with classic architecture inspired by the stately English royal house and has proven to be a crowd favourite with its successful take up rate," Eco World Penang general manager Khoo Teck Chong said in a statement.

"Just like Eco Meadows, Eco Bloom will carry the similar Neo-Royalty architectural language which reflects the timeless beauty of English royal homes in its building design," he added.

Eco Bloom is a 1.96 ha freehold mixed development with a gross development value of RM283 million comprising a single tower project with 490 residential units split into two wings, and exclusive 23 units of two-storey shop lots situated below the residential tower.

"It is also the first high rise condominium within the corridor with an unobstructed city view," Khoo noted.

The condominium comes in three sizes, with show units available for viewing. Selling price starts from RM388,000.

The project is set to include facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, jogging track, barbeque area, multi-purpose court, multi-purpose hall, childrens' playground, in addition to the convenience provided by the retail portion of the development.

"Situated below the condominium are 23 units of 2 storeys shop lots which comes in two sizes and layouts.

"In terms of accessibility, " Khoo said," Eco Bloom is easily accessible via the North South Expressway and has close proximity to the Penang Bridge and the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge."
