KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal police’s Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department (NCID) is on the hunt for 130 Malaysians to facilitate probes into drug-related cases.
In a statement yesterday, the department released photos and details of the 130 suspects from across the country, and sought the public’s assistance for information on their precise whereabouts.
Police said some of the individuals on the list are sought to help close pending cases.
NCID deputy director (intelligence/ operation) Datuk Kang Chez Chiang said those with information on the suspects can visit their nearest police station or contact their respective state narcotics departments, the numbers for which follow:

Kang said the move is part of the department’s continuous fight against the growing drug menace in the country.
"We will go all out to eradicate drug abuse and nip it in the bud. This includes collaborating with the media, non-governmental organisations and community leaders”, he added.
