IPOH: Deputy Health Minister Datuk Dr Noor Azmi Ghazali and state executive councillor (exco) Razman Zakaria will be charged with breaching the Movement Control Order (MCO) tomorrow.
The duo will be charged at the Gerik Magistrate Court at 9am, a source confirmed.
Meanwhile Perak police chief Datuk Razarudin Husain when asked to comment, briefly said; "Go to the Gerik Magistrate Court tomorrow morning."
It was reported that the Gunung Semanggol assemblyman and Dr Noor Azmi were seen in viral pictures enjoying a meal with about 30 others, including students, at a tahfiz centre.
The photos, which were first posted on Noor Azmi's Facebook account, were later deleted after many started questioning if they had breached the MCO.
Razman posted on his Facebook account that they were served "kampung" dishes during the event.
Photos showed there were between 20 to 30 people seated on the floor eating.
