KLANG: A foreigner, consumed by jealousy, allegedly stabbed a teenage boy who worked alongside his wife after suspecting an affair.
North Klang police chief Assistant Commissioner S. Vijaya Rao said the incident occurred at 10.58pm on Dec 1, with the victim, also a foreigner, suffering multiple stab wounds, including to the neck.
"Police were alerted to the incident at 12.30am on Monday and swiftly arrested five suspects, all Myanmar nationals aged between 25 and 40," he told reporters today.
The victim, a 16-year-old foreigner who worked at a sundry shop in Taman Klang Utama, was reportedly cycling home when he was attacked.
