One of them, Mohammad Adriz Mohd Rafidy, 19, pleaded guilty to committing physical sexual assault against the 14-year-old victim when the charge was read to him before Judge Sayani Mohd Nor.
Adriz, a worker at a textile shop, was charged with committing the offence at the estate at 4am on Nov 15.
Restaurant worker Wan Nazmi Wan Mazlan, 21, however, pleaded not guilty to raping the victim in a room at the same estate at 2.30am on Sept 20.
He was charged under Section 376 (1) of the Penal Code, which carries a sentence of up to 20 years in prison and caning if convicted.
Based on the police reports lodged against Adriz, he visited the victim at her house to hang out when he committed the act.
Following the report, Segamat police arrested him on Dec 9.
Deputy Public Prosecutors Danial Munir and Diyana Najihah Muhamed Fauzi prosecuted while both of the accused were not represented.
The court later set bail at RM10,000 each for both of the accused.
The court also fixed additional conditions including requiring both men to report to the nearest police station and prohibiting any contact with the victim or prosecution witnesses until the case is resolved.
The court scheduled Jan 16 for a social report on Adriz, considering he is a young offender, and the same date for the submission of documents and the appointment of a lawyer for Wan Nazmi.
