THE account does not have a blue tick to indicate that it is verified but the profile bio says it is the official account of Rihana Oksana Petra, allegedly the wife of Sultan Muhammad V of Kelantan.
Since it's first post on June 4, the account now has some 246,000 followers.
The pictures also do not appear like they were sourced from the Internet as they feature several photos of Rihana posing with Sultan Muhammad V which can't be found anywhere else on the Internet, prior to the dates they appeared on @rihanapetra's Instagram.
In the first post, Rihana who is from Russia, said, "Welcome to my Official Instagram page. I will be happy to share with you the moments of my life. Greeting to all of you and thank you for your support."
Also on June 4, she posted a photo of a baby, with only the feet visible, announcing that she had given birth to a baby boy, Tengku Ismail Leon Petra bin Tengku Muhammad V Faris Petra on May 21.
However, there has yet to be an official annoucement from the Kelantan palace on the arrival of the baby boy.
There has also been no official announcement on the wedding between Rihana and Sultan Muhammad V who resigned as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in January.
Today, Rihana posted another photo of herself and the Kelantan Sultan, telling the story of how they first met.
"For many people, the story of our first meeting with my husband remains to be a mystery. We met in spring 2017 in Europe. At that time I cooperated with our common friend jeweler Jacob Arabo. After the event, we went for dinner, where I met a man, and he introduced himself as King of Malaysia. I took it as a joke and joked back that I was also the Queen of Moscow. We talked all evening and exchanged phone numbers. Soon there were news appeared about the appointment of the king, who was my new friend... to be continued (sic)."
Based on her reply to a comment on the post, Rihana appears to be overseas at present.
Instagram user @hafizz_adnan15 asked when would she be going to Kelantan.
Rihana replied, "Very soon, when we can fly by plane again."
