PUTRAJAYA: The Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) examination is just around the corner.
The Education Ministry in a statement today stated that a total of 445,641 candidates have registered to sit for the exam that will take place on Sept 4,5,10,11 and 12 at 8,076 centres nationwide.
“A total of 434,177 candidates are from government and government-aided schools while 11,464 are from private schools.
“A total of 53,242 examination personnel have been appointed to ensure that the exam will run smoothly as scheduled,” it said.
The statement also stated that all candidates are reminded to refer to the schedule on the time and instructions that need to be followed during the exam.
“The schedule can be downloaded from Malaysian Examinations Syndicate website at lp.moe.gov.my.
“Candidates are also advised to bring their identification document (MyKad/MyKid/Candidate ID form/ID certificate) to the centre to ensure the smooth running of the examination,” the statement added.
