In citing an example, she said facilities such as the Pagoh Sports Complex which caters to the youth and community promotes unity and a healthy lifestyle.
She said that it is also good that the town is easily accesible through a North-South expressway exit.
Janariah said Pagoh is famous for its durians and other local fruits due to several huge orchards which ensures that the king of fruits remain available almost all year round.
She said Pagoh Jaya and Bukit Pasir were the common haunts of local and foreign durian lovers.
Meanwhile, Bukit Pasir resident, Suhaila Hashim hoped that Muhyiddin’s appointment as prime minister will bring more prosperity to the Pagoh parliamentary constituency.
"Of course we are very delighted that our elected representative is now the Prime Minister of Malaysia and we wish him well. We wish him good health.”
