"I was told they (police) will make their rounds to ensure SOP compliance.
"We have fixed a maximum of 20 people per house and if there are more and flouting the SOP, action will be taken," he said.
Meanwhile, Ismail Sabri said wedding ceremonies and other social gatherings are still prohibited at areas placed under the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
For Muslim solemnisation of marriage, he said the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad al-Bakri is expected to reveal the SOP soon.
"Most likely only 'nikah' (solemnisation ceremony) will be allowed.
"But this will be only for Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur while other states are welcome to adopt it after receiving the consent from their respective Rulers," he added.
On a separate matter, Ismail Sabri announced that all Malaysia Cup football matches have been put on hold until further notice.
He said this was due to the risk posed by the sport which involved contact between the players.
"I am really sorry to all Malaysian football fans but the government has decided to put the competition on hold.
"If the cases decline, then we can return to normal and the matches can resume even without fans." he said.
