KUALA LUMPUR: The Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) will be lifted as scheduled in Penang tomorrow, except for areas still categorised as red zones.
Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the CMCO would be extended from Monday (Dec 7) to Dec 20 at Mukim 12 in the Southwest district and Mukim 13 in the Northeast district.
Additionally, he said the Enhanced MCO (EMCO) will be implemented at Flat Jalan Paya Terubong in Relau and Flat Desa Bistari Batu Uban.
For Selangor, CMCO will be extended except for Sabak Bernam, Hulu Selangor and Kuala Selangor.
In Putrajaya, the CMCO will be lifted as scheduled.
For Kelantan, only Kota Bharu, Machang, Tanah Merah and Pasir Mas districts would continue to be placed under CMCO until Dec 20.
Additionally, the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) will be imposed on Madrasah Al-Diniah Al-Falahiah school in Pasir Puteh from Dec 7-20.
In Negri Sembilan, CMCO will also be lifted except for Seremban and Port Dickson.
For Johor, he said CMCO will be imposed on Kota Tinggi, Johor Baru, Batu Pahat and Kulai.
For Perak, the CMCO extension will only affect Kinta and the sub-districts of Teja in Kampar and Changkat Jong in Hilir Perak.
He also announced that EMCO would be imposed at the Langkap immigration detention centre from tomorrow (Dec 6) to Dec 19.
