"The resumption of these activities and the reopening of these facilities are on appointment basis, and for premises which have been sanitised and will be done under strict monitoring of the operator (of the premises)," said Ismail Sabri.

Other social activities allowed in these states, he said, included football, volleyball, takraw and other forms of sports in full capacity, but limited to fully vaccinated people and carried out at premises with control and supervision.

"Fitness activities such as aerobics, zumba and other similar activities carried out in groups at the same locations/premises with under 50 per cent capacity, or not more than 50 people (whichever lower), for fully vaccinated people under the supervision of a coach or instructor, are allowed for these states," he said.
