KUALA LUMPUR: The Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) in several localities in Pahang, Sabah, and Kelantan will be lifted tomorrow (Sunday), the National Security Council (NSC) said.
NSC director-general Datuk Rodzi Md Saad said the localities in Pahang include Ladang Insanjaya and Ladang Darabif in Bebar, Pekan; while the localities in Kelantan include Kampung Bendang Pak Yong and Kampung Simpangan in Pengkalan Kubur, Tumpat.
In Sabah, the EMCO would end in several areas, namely Taman Semarak Megah in Tawau; Perumahan IOI plantations Unico Oil Mill Sdn Bhd in Segama, Lahad Datu; and Kampung Dumpiring Bawah in Ranau.
The EMCO in Pahang would end as scheduled, while the EMCO in Sabah and Kelantan would end a day earlier.
Meanwhile, a two-week EMCO would be enforced in Kampung Bambangan in Telupid, Sabah, beginning Sept 27 until Oct 10.
